News 16.04.2006 - Releases 75,76,77 und
78...
And on we go with the music and creative output of the Monolab
members.
Release 75 - Zu Zweita by Bang Burt aka Burt Freedom revives the
old disco era. The more you listen to it, the more the track burns
itself into your head.
Release 76 - Puto del mar by Myrone is a house track again after
the heavy D'n'B machines. It's also guaranteed to get stuck in
your head and will find its way onto your local record.
Release 77 - Sittenverfall by Cosmic portends dreadful things and
is also vicious Schranz. So not for the typical chart-topper
consumer. Apart from that, it's the first track in a series of
rather blatant Schranz stories.
Release 78 - Schwerelosigkeit is another deep house track by
Cosmic. Relaxed and gliding into weightlessness. So, I was pretty
relaxed while tracking, and in my opinion, it's a touch better
than the past (of which there's an optimized version internally –
that's about versions and optimization :).
Otherwise, I unfortunately had to postpone the "Cosmic goes RAP"
Phun release. It would have been too much of a good thing
otherwise. Besides that, I'm currently working on various D'n'B
tracks, although I don't know if they'll ever see the light of
day.

News 25.02.2006 - Releases 71,72,73 und 74
And the beat goes Pardy People,
Since we don't want you to rest, we're continuing with new
material today. 4 releases from Myrone vs Burt and Cosmic.
Release 71 - Outblast is a pretty crude DNB track. Synths, beats,
and everything fit together perfectly. And the bass is top-notch.
Release 72 - Der Brenner will burn down your house and amplifier,
so to speak. Fat DNB and a crazy wobble bass, which I love so
much. :)
Both tracks from Myrone vs Burt Freedom.
Release 73 - House Pardy has a rather banal title, but it's also
pure house. There are countless versions of this track, and this
last one even passed my own quality control.
Release 74 - Vergangenheit is another deep house track that comes
across as deliberately relaxed and calm. Smooth rhythms in the
background and relaxed sounds in the foreground. Apart from that,
I love the vocals—they were somehow made for this track.
Both tracks by Cosmic.
I'd like to remind Schranz fans that someday there will be some
new Schranz from good old Cosmic.

News 19.02.2006 - 3 Monolab Mixes von Lee´o
Happy
Sunday, dear community,
It just
doesn't end, and the promised special is ready for download just
one day later. 3 awesome megamixes from our guest star Lee'o of
PsiMAX. Everything else is on the release page. Look right and
head for the special release.
News 02/18/2006 - New Music & Page
Update & Forum
I'm not quite sure where to start, so
we'll start with the releases as usual.
Release 68 - Maximus is an
electro-house breakbeat that rocks extremely well. The sound
setup is on par with similar studio tracks, and the only thing
that comes to mind is cult-like.
Release 69 - Stine literally rocks the
house. Fat synths, cool loops, and the sound setup is just as
fat as Maximus.
Both tracks are by Myrone, and the
third in the bunch is by yours truly.
Release 70 - Ruhephase is another deep
house track from me, which on the one hand has a good,
forward-moving beat, but also a calming effect. Pad parts and
loops that transport you to other dimensions, or at least space
you out. :)
Apart from the new releases, the
entire site has been revised, optimized, and improved. The
download section, for example, has a new layout, and each member
now has a separate overview. The highlight is the forum, where
registration is a must for true fans. :)
Additionally, all the text and table
formatting has been revised, and tons of errors have been
removed. There will be a newsletter again in combination with
the forum, because anyone who registers there will also receive
the news free of charge.
And so on. If I were to list
everything, we'd need a news page for that alone. So then. Off
to the downloads, the forum, and if you want to leave a comment,
the forum is waiting. Although, there are still one or two
surprises to come. The long-promised special download...
See you soon
