                  May 31, 2004 - Double Release

You wouldn't believe it, but today
there's another double release. Both tracks fall more into the
                deep house genre.

Release 60 - Das Traumhaus (The Dream House). Goes through
several phases, but is constantly carried by a lively rhythm.

Release 61 - Klangstrukturen (Sound Structures). Also features
rich beats, but with more relaxing sounds. This track also
provides a small taste of the planned house EP from the Monolab
Crew. Myrone, Burt, and I are already hard at work on the CD.
                That's it for today. Enjoy!

For a change, some new material from
Cosmic, the disco doctor :). The positive response to the
Loopkisten tracks and the encouragement to release more of them
                is bearing fruit today.

Release 59 - Jingo / Frohsinn 2004 Remix Another disco house
track that bombards your speakers with tons of loops and
corresponding beats for over 6 minutes. Loopbox fans will be
                delighted...

 March
                  28, 2004 - NEW Member Release

After around 8 weeks of silence from
Monolab, today comes a double blow. First, we extend a warm and
brotherly welcome to Burt Freedom, and second, we're releasing
his first release for Monolab online right away.

Release 58, "South Pacific," won me over so much that I wouldn't
have accepted a no when asked for a binding, lifelong membership
in Club Monolab. :) Calm and relaxing chillout sounds over a
house beat. A great mix, in my opinion. But listen for yourself.

Apart from that, the label info has finally been updated and
expanded. In the next few days, there will also be detailed
member introductions. You can look forward to hard facts and
                pictures. :)

 News January 17, 2004 - Double
                    Release

 Fans of hard, fast-paced
entertainment in the musical genre will once again get their
                  money's worth today.

Release 56 - Unique, is the official successor to "Dark
Night." Fat and fast neo-ambient, with monotonous, incoming
sounds and massive bass. The vocal line alone should give you
                  goosebumps.

Release 57 - Day of Vengeance, has nothing to do with Arnold,
                  but instead features heavy trance.

The calls were heard, and today
there's something housey for your ears again. This track had a
difficult birth, with countless versions, previews, and
endless "test runs," but I think the long and hard work paid
                  off.

Release 54 - Aint No Stoppin' Us Now ReRemix, was originally
produced by Cannibal, then under Radical Rhythms, remixed by
me long afterward, and now remixed in this mercilessly driving
version. In my opinion, the finest disco house with fat loops
and rhythms. Unfortunately, the whole thing takes up a lot of
space, and the RNS file is just under 12 megs, downsized and
optimized from the original 39 megs. But I'm really proud of
this thing and I think the 6 minutes will be a real fire :).

 Myrone
has struck again and produced a brilliant piece. It's a bit
late, but I've been under extreme stress and had a bit of
trouble with government debt collectors this week. At least
I'm guaranteed the sports show. Release 53 - Subway 66, comes
with a cult intro and then captivates the listener.

 After
6 years of Radical Rhythms, 4 years of Monolab, and around 7
years of Commodore Amiga and Commodore 64, I'm always finding
the motivation to produce music and explore new paths.
Especially recently, heavily influenced by the new
technological possibilities, it's been more fun than ever, and
                  I'm more motivated than ever.
Release 52 - The Passion, is somehow an
expression of the lines above. I think there's a lot of energy
                  and fire in the track.

My current creative phase reminds me of my
early days. As soon as one track was finished, I was really
excited to start the next one and put all my ideas into this
new piece. Amazing, just a few months ago I thought my fire
had burned out and my passion had vanished. Anyway, enjoy my
latest creation, and no more profound words.

 Myrone
fans have something to look forward to. After A Prime Problem,
something pretty crazy comes with Elektro-Smog. The sound
setup is again top-notch, and the track, just be surprised :).
                  Release 51 - Elektro Smog.
For a change, I'll be releasing a slightly
harder trance track in the next few days, and as already
mentioned, the new label info is still pending.
